Where you consent to us doing so, we also use your personal information to contact you with news and updates, events and promotions. We may disclose your personal information to our related bodies corporate, service providers, and prize suppliers. We also de-identify and aggregate your data for market research and data analytics purposes. Our Privacy Policy provides more information about how we handle personal information and how you can contact us to access, correct, or complain about our handling of personal information.

Promotional Period:
Start Date: 18th November 2024
End Date: 18th December 2024 (subject to extension at the Promoter’s discretion).
Eligible Entrants
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 14 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into further agreements as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the Jack Link’s ANZ competition post on Instagram.
- Follow the @jacklinksanz Instagram account.

Participants can gain additional entries by:
- Sharing the @jacklinksanz account on their Instagram story.
- Following the @jacklinks_anz TikTok page.
- Following the @jacklinksanz Facebook account.
- Following the @jacklinksanz YouTube account.
Entries Permitted
Multiple entries are permitted.
Prize Pool
The prize consists of 1 carton of jerky (120 packs of 50g Jack Link’s jerky for each winner; retail value: $660 NZD). Additional prizes may be included at the Promoter’s discretion.
Total Prize Pool
Total prize bundle value: Up to $660 NZD (may be extended at the Promoter’s discretion).
Winner Notification
Winners will be chosen by chance and notified via Instagram from the @jacklinksanz account within 15 days of the competition closing date.
Winners’ details may be provided to prize suppliers for the purposes of arranging prize delivery.
Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to notification within 7 days, the prize will be deemed forfeited. Another winner will be selected by the Promoter using a random selection tool from eligible entries.
General Conditions
- Acceptance: By entering, entrants agree to these Conditions of Entry.
- Promotional Period: The Promotion runs from 18th November 2024 to 18th December 2024. Entries are valid upon receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission.
- Eligibility: Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or associated companies are not eligible to enter.
- Prizes: Prizes are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable unless specified in writing.
- Substitution: If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
- Disputes: If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to make a final decision.
- Technical Failures: The Promoter is not liable for technical failures or other issues beyond their control.
- Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach the Conditions of Entry or act improperly.
- Marketing Participation: Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities without further compensation.
- Liability: Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from the Promotion.
